Local Transport
Participants may come to Xi'an by plane or train. Here is the local transport to the conference venue (Xi'an Paradise Resort) in Xi'an as follows.
(1) Xi'an Railway Station (西安火车站): ~12 km
- By taxi: ~40 min & RMB 30
- By subway: line 4 to QuJiangChiXi Station (曲江池西站) & walk by 1.6 km, ~ 40 min
- By bus: Bus 500, ~50 min & walk by 500 m
(2) Xi'an North Railway Station (西安北站): ~22 km
- By taxi: ~60 min & RMB 70
- By subway: line 4 to QuJiangChiXi Station (曲江池西站) & walk by 1.6 km, ~ 110 min
- By bus: Bus 609, ~120 min & walk by 500 m
(3) Xi'an Xianyang International Airport (西安咸阳国际机场): ~44 km
- By taxi: ~70 min & RMB 140
- By subway: line 14 + line 4 to QuJiangChiXi Station (曲江池西站) & walk by 1.6 km, ~ 40 min
- By bus: Shuttle Bus between the airport and QuJiang, ~100 min
For International Visitors
(1) Unilateral visa-free policy for six countries
China has decided to implement a unilateral visa-free policy for ordinary passport holders from France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and Malaysia on a trial basis. From Dec. 1, 2023 to Nov. 30, 2024, holders of ordinary passports from the above six countries may enter China visa-free for business, tourism, visiting relatives and friends, and transit for no more than 15 days. People from these six countries who do not meet the visa exemption requirements still need to obtain a visa before entering China. Please see the latest news below.

(2) 72/144-hour visa-free transit
China's 72-hour and 144-hour visa-free transit policies have been extended to visitors from 54 countries. Visitors with such a transit visa exemption from these countries are allowed to travel or conduct business-related activities in certain areas permitted by port visa authorities. (3) F visa
International participants may need a Chinese visa to enter China. It is suggested to apply for a “F” visa. To avoid uncertainty, participants will be advised to apply for the visa as early as possible (at least two months in advance).
